BISKERELLA
Blanche - A beer with wheat typical of Belgium, with hints of melon, orange peel and coriander that harmonize the citrus character.
Bottle size: 33 or 75cl
Alcoholic degree: 4,8%
Suggested temperature: 6-10 degrees
Pairings: Soups and spelt-based dishes, vegetable flans, omelettes, roasted or jellied white meats, seafood salads and fish-based canapés, boiled fish and fried fish or squid.
Glass: Weizen or Blanche goblet.
Foam: Persistent and well structured, which sticks well to the edges of the glass.
Color: Pale white, with opalescence due to suspended yeast.
Aroma: Melon and strawberry that marry well the citrus notes left by the bitter orange peel.
Taste: Slightly acidulous and an almost imperceptible bitterness, highly recommended for those who do not like the bitterness of hops.
