Black IPA - A dark beer rich in American hops where in the beginning we savor the roasted malt that recalls coffee, on the finish we feel the citrusy of the hops.

Alcoholic degrees: 5.5% 
Suggested temperature: 5-11 degrees 
 
Pairings: Shellfish and oysters, red meats, game, dark chocolate and desserts with chocolate or coffee.
Glass: Balloon, pint.
Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Color: Inscrutable black.
Aroma: On the nose a herbaceous, noble perfume.
Taste: Initial notes of toasted malt but with a marked hoppy component, with strong herbaceous notes due to the massive use of American hops.
