MAESTÁ

IPA - The Indian Pale Ale style was popular in England in the 1800s. Very rich in luffoli which ensured its transport across the equator to India.
Our Maestà beer smells of grapefruit and lychee.
 
Bottle size: 33 or 75cl
Alcoholic degrees: 7.2%
Suggested temperature: 6-10 degrees
 
Pairings: Soups, lamb, kid, sautéed mussels, perhaps cooked with the same beer, blue cheeses, Tuscan cold cuts or Cinta Senese, sorbets and ice creams.
Glass: Balloon, pint.
Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Color: Orange yellow.
Aroma: On the nose a herbaceous scent, which then leaves room for fruit and citrus fruits, especially grapefruit.
Taste: The sweetish initial notes of caramel leave the limelight to the bitter / bitter sweet of American hops. The finish is dry almost astringent.
